Feather offers 3 different plans for expat health insurance in Spain. Whilst most health insurance requires an upfront payment of a year, all of these plans can be paid monthly.
€45 for students under 35
€60 for students over 35 and non-students (digital nomads, freelancers, employed and unemployed)
€204 for retirees between 65 and 74 years of age
